INVITE-ONLY BETA
One brief.
Your first great shortlist.
CoSyncs brings music supervisors and music partners together around a project. Start with one brief, build a selection, and keep the conversation attached to the music.
Get into your workspace
- Open the personal invitation link your host sent you and sign in.
- Complete your profile and select Request access. Your invitation determines your portal.
- Your host approves the request. Return to the same page and select Check access.
Invitation links expire after seven days. If yours has expired, ask your host for a new one. Email notifications are not enabled for this beta, so arrange approval directly with your host.
MUSIC SUPERVISORS
Bring a brief to life
- Connect your music partners. Open My network and arrange a connection with the creator or music house you want to work with.
- Paste your brief into Ask CoSyncs. Ask it to create the client, project and brief. Name an existing client when you want to reuse one.
- Review and save. Check the budget, usage, territory and dates. Saving the draft does not send it.
- Find the music. Search the catalogue or send the brief to a connected partner. Listen, review submissions, and build your shortlist.
- Share deliberately. Review the recipients and download setting before creating a listening link.
“Assign this brief to Walmart.”
Then paste the brief.
CREATORS & MUSIC HOUSES
Make the right introduction
- Finish your profile. Add your artist or company information.
- Add your music. Upload one song or an album. Review titles, tags, versions and supplied rights information. New uploads begin private.
- Connect with the supervisor. Use My network to arrange the relationship.
- Open a received brief. Build a playlist from your catalogue and listen to the suggestions.
- Review and submit. The recipient gets the submitted version. Later draft changes stay separate until you submit again.
A shortlist or quote is not an issued license. Confirm the rights, terms and paperwork through your normal process.
What to expect in the beta
Search uses the metadata supplied with each song. Listen to confirm the fit; suggested matches do not verify sample status, ownership or clearance. Payments and executed license issuance are not available.
A listening link can be opened by anyone who obtains it. Check who you share it with and whether downloads are enabled. For this first test, use material you are authorized to share.
Something feel off?
Send a short note to the person who invited you. Include what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the approximate time. If CoSyncs shows a NOVA-… support reference, include it so your host can locate the error.
Crop private briefs, account details and listening-link tokens out of screenshots. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.
Useful feedback: Could you finish your first brief or submission? Where did you hesitate? What would make you use CoSyncs for your next project?
